It was thrown on the potters wheel with stoneware clay, trimmed, fired, sanded, glazed and fired again.

It is nearly 4 1/2 inches tall and 3 inches diameter at the rim. It holds about 14 ounces of coffee, tea or whatever you fancy.

The mug is dishwasher and microwave safe.
